Yes. Initial household assessment and candidate discussions may begin through WhatsApp.

Choosing a Helper

Should I choose only by nationality?

No. Individual experience, communication, attitude and household suitability matter more.

Is more experience always better?

No. Experience must be relevant to the actual duties.

Can Ready Maid guarantee a perfect match?

No. Proper assessment improves suitability but cannot guarantee a perfect employment relationship.

Baby and Elderly Care

How do I verify baby-care experience?

Ask about the child’s age, feeding, bottles, diapers, bathing, sleep and night duties.

Is a domestic helper a nurse?

No. A domestic helper should not automatically be presented as medically qualified.

Can one helper manage baby care and all housework?

It depends on the baby’s age, property size, workload and available family support.

Interviews and Applications

Can I interview the candidate?

Yes. Interviews are an important part of confirming experience and expectations.

Can Ready Maid guarantee approval?

No. Final decisions remain with the relevant authorities.

Can Ready Maid guarantee an arrival date?

No. Timing depends on documents, approvals, medical clearance, source-country procedures, visas and travel.

Fees and Replacement

What is the current working package?

RM14,999, subject to final revalidation and written quotation.

Is the helper’s salary included?

No. Salary is a separate employment obligation.

Does replacement mean every cost is free?

No. Government, medical, travel, insurance and documentation costs may remain payable.

Arrival and Employer Responsibilities

What should I prepare before arrival?

Sleeping and food arrangements, written duties, safety instructions, routines, emergency contacts and first-week training.

Who should give instructions?

One main person should coordinate important instructions.

When should I contact Ready Maid?
